3. Priority Damage Protocol (48-Hour Guarantee)

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery. We classify damaged deliveries as Tier-1 urgent and commit to placing a replacement order directly into our workshop printing queue within 24 business hours.
